SAMBALPUR/BHUBANESWAR:On the occasion of the holy Mahashivaratri and Jagar, Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan today visited various ancient Shaivite temples in Sambalpur and prayed to Lord Mahadev for the happiness and prosperity of the people.
Minister Shri Pradhan has extended his greetings to all the countrymen and the people of Odisha on the occasion of Holy Mahashivaratri. Shri Pradhan visited the famous Mandhata Mahadev Temple in Maneswar, Sambalpur this evening. There, he had darshan of the Mahadev and lit a lamp and prayed for the welfare of the world. After this, the Union Minister had the opportunity to visit and worship the ancient Shri Balunkeswar Temple and Balibandh Shiva Temple in Nandapada. He expressed confidence that with the blessings of Lord Shiva, the vision of a developed India and prosperous Odisha will be realized.
