SAMBALPUR/BHUBANESWAR:Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan has expressed deep condolences on the passing away of Dr. Raseshwari Panigrahi, former MLA from Sambalpur, social worker and senior physician.
In a condolence message, Shri Pradhan said, “I am deeply saddened and shocked to hear the news of the demise of Dr. Panigrahi. He was not only a public representative, but also a service-oriented personality who was well-known in every household of Sambalpur. As a skilled doctor, he created a special place in the public mind by serving the common people for many years.”
He also mentioned that while working as a Sambalpur MLA, she always worked for the development of the region. Her remarkable work and contribution, especially in the field of education and women empowerment, will be remembered forever. Her demise is an irreparable loss to the political and social sector of Odisha.
Shri Pradhan expressed his deepest condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
