BHUBANESWAR: On Friday, Poorna Chandra Sahoo, Under Secretary, Planning & Convergence Dept, Odisha, Bhubaneswar has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding & accepting bribe Rs. 30,000/- from a Complainant (Owner of computer firm) for releasing bill for supply of 10 computers.
In this connection, Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S case no 13/2022 u/s 7 PC Amendment Act,2018 has been registered. Simultaneous searches launched at his residential and official locations in BBSR. Investigation in progress.
