NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan led a high level delegation and met Union Water Resources Development Minister Uma Bharati in New Delhi over the Mahanadi River dispute between Odisha and Chhattisgarh.
BJP Legislature Party leader KV Singh Deo, State President Basant Panda, senior leaders like Manmohan Samal, Samir Mohanty,m Brigu Buxipatra and Prithwiraj Harichandan were among those in the delegation.
Uma Bharati assued that her Ministry will soon call a meeting Chief Ministers of Odisha Naveen Patnaik and his Chhattisgarh counterpart Dr Raman Singh. The meeting will be held between September 10-20.
