BHUBANESWAR: The BMC Commissioner Vijay Amruta flanked by Mayor, Sulochana Das and Corporators of various Words, took a free e-bus ride in the city requesting commuters to use these environment-friendly e-buses and the e-rickshaws.
‘Pollution-free public transport: Took a free e-bus ride in the city along with BMC Commissioner Vijay Amruta, all Corporators and BMC officials. Requesting commuters to use these environment-friendly e-buses and the e-rickshaws,’ Mayor Das said.
10 e-buses and 50 e-rickshaws were launched by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik few days back. While there are 30 seats in each bus, the seats reserved for women have been marked in pink. The zero emission electric vehicles will promote green mobility while paving the way for a sustainable future.
