BHUBANESWAR: On Friday, on the allegation of acquisition of disproportionate assets by Sri Santosh Kumar Darjee,GM Tata Power Western Odisha Distribution Ltd, Burla,Sambalpur, simultaneous searches on by Odisha Vigilance.
1. Cash Rs 7, 20, 360/-
2. A palatial double storeyed Building at Sambalpur.
3. A Duplex house in prime area of Raipur at Sector 12, Atal Nagar, Raipur, CG.
4. 2 plots in prime area of Ainthapali, Sambalpur.
5. 2 four wheelers (Volkswagen and Hyundai Verna) worth approx Rs 20.59 Lakh.
6. 2 two wheelers ( Yamaha R-3, Suzuki Burgman Street) worth approx Rs 4.61 Lakh.
7. 2 Lockers at Axis and HDFC Bank including Bank deposits are under verification.
1 DSP, 6 Inspectors, 2 ASIs and other staff are conducting search at 3 places in Sambalpur & Bargarh district on the strength of Search Warrants issued by Hon’ble Special Judge Vigilance, Sambalpur. During search. Rs. 6.28 lakh cash recovered so far. Search is in progress.
