After the completion of ceremonial ‘Pahandi Bije’ at around 2.20 PM, and end of Chera Pahara , (Sweeping ceremony) by Puri Gajaati Maharaj Dibya Singh Deb at around 4.40 PM, Pulling of magnificent and majestic Chariots of Shree Lord Jagannath and his Siblings Shree Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra began at around 4.50 PM.

PURI/BHUBANESWAR:   After the completion of ceremonial ‘Pahandi Bije’ at around 2.20 PM, and end of Chera Pahara , (Sweeping ceremony) by Puri Gajaati Maharaj Dibya Singh Deb at around 4.40 PM, Pulling of magnificent and majestic Chariots of Shree Lord Jagannath and his Siblings Shree Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra began at around 4.50 PM.

Chariots of Lord Jagannath and his siblings – Balabhadra and Goddess Subhadra were ceremoniously pulled by tens of thousands of devotees throng to this pilgrimage city of Odisha in eastern India.

First Taladwaj Chariots of Shree Lord Balabhadra were pulled by devotees followed by Darpadalan of Devi Subhadra and then Nandighose of Shree Lord Jagannath.

All Road connecting to Odisha’s pilgrimage city of Puri in eastern India wore festive look with their Supreme Ruler, Shree Lord Jagannath, his Siblings, Shree Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra embarked on a weeklong trip to aunt’s house located at Saradhabali in the City.
