BHUBANESWAR: On Thursday, Subrat Kr Behera, Junior Assitant, O/o CDMO, Angul was arrested by Odisha Vigilance and sent to jail today in DA case. DA of 205% unearthed.
Earlier, he was charged for misappropriating Rs.2.38 Crores by drawing excess salary (Rs 3-7 lakh basic & DA of 9-14 lakh), during 2022-2025.
On Wednesday morning , in connection with Cuttack Vigilance PS case No 06/2026 registerd under Prevention of Corruption Act against Sri Subrat Kumar Behera, Junior Assistant, O/o CDMO, Angul for alleged misappropriation of Government money to the tune of Rs.2.38 crores, simultaneous house searches are being conducted by Odisha Vigilance led by 5 DSsP, 8 Inspectors, 14 ASIs, and other supporting staff at following five places associated with Sri Behera, Junior Assistant O/o CDMO, Angul.
