BHUBANESWAR/CUTTACK: Rubbishing speculations over his absence from various party activities, Kendrapara BJD Lok Sabha MP, Anubhav Mohanty on Tuesday reiterated his loyalty to BJD and its Supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. Reacting to media speculations of his absence, MP Mohanty said, his health condition is not normal to move out and he is remaining most of the time in house.
“Due to my own health concerns, I isolated myself and didn’t join the meeting yesterday. But media read too much into it for the sake of sensational news. I have got love and support from both My Party Biju Janata Dal Odisha and People of Odisha,” the MP wrote in his Facebook post.
“ I am a loyal foot soldier of BJD and a staunch believer of #Naveenism. Hon’ble CM Shri Naveen Patnaik Sir has been an inspiration and learning figure for me and I am trying to follow his steps, his faith in me what keeps me strong in these testing times. Jai Jagannath🙏🏻CMO Odisha,” he added.
Recently, Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy and 5T Secretary VK Pandian visited Kendrapara to review Port projects at Mahakalpada, where local MP Mohanty was not present and in the recently held , State executive, MP was also missing from the scene and after which media speculated that the Party is distancing itself from Kendrapara MP from various activities.
