State President condoles the passing away of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar

BHUBANESWAR:Senior politician and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Shri Ajit Pawar, along with his family and security personnel, died in a plane crash today. This is a very sad and heartbreaking incident.

Late Pawar was active in politics for more than four decades. He served as the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra for the most number of 6 terms and was elected as an MLA 8 times. Late Pawar created a special identity in Maharashtra politics. His demise has left a huge loss in the politics of Maharashtra and the country and has created an unfillable void, said State President Shri Manmohan Samal, expressing his condolences.

Wishing the departed soul peace in the afterlife, State President Shri Samal prayed to Lord Shri Jagannath to grant infinite patience to the bereaved family and friends.
