BHUBANESWAR: Amid tension and agitation, Special Squad of Commissionerate Police arrested 3 persons including a woman from the Sarankula area in Nayagarh in connection with the brutal murder of BMC Safai Karmachari Association leader Sahadev Nayak.
Brown sugar trade is suspected to be the actual reason behind the broad daylight murder.
Sahadev Nayak, a resident of Kedarpalli slum, on Wednesday morning, he was on his way home after dropping his daughter off at school in the VSS Nagar area when he was attacked by the accused at Rasulgarh Square.
