NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: ‘Productivity and continuation is more genuine and authentic’, Rajya Sabha Chairman and Vice President, Jagdeep Dhankhar said while receiving a thanks from BJD Upper House member Dr Amar Patnaik, who was speaking in the New Parliament building on Tuesday.
The BJD MP raised 3 issues for the new Parliament building to act upon, to which the Chairman openly applauded the speech for its content.
While raising the Centre-State relationship, BJD MP Dr Patnaik urged that the Cess and surcharge should be a part of divisible pool as demanded by Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik
The BJD MP also demanded to Pass the long overdue Women Reservation Bill as demanded by Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and well as BJD.
