BHUBANESWAR: Soubhagyabanta Sahu, Former GRS,Panchamahala GP under Ulunda Block, Subarnapur,who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance, for taking bribe to release 3rd instalment of a BPGY house under the Rural Housing Scheme,was convicted to 4 yrs prison and sent to jail.
