BHUBANESWAR: The State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) meeting, which was chaired by Chief Secretary PK Jena in presence of Development Commissioner Anu Garg and Industry Secretary Hemant Sharma, on Monday, has approved the SN Mohanty Mines Group’s Hotel and Resort Project worth Rs 214.50 Crore.
The SNM Hotel and Resorts Pvt Ltd’s project will come up at Chikiti in Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s Home turf of Ganjam, which will create an employment over to 227 people.
The SLSWCA approved 9 new industrial projects with cumulative investments of Rs 873 crore. With an investment to the tune of Rs 873.57 crore, the new ventures are expected to create employment opportunities for 2,516 people.
Earlier in March this year, the SLSWCA, had cleared the SNM Hotels and Resorts Private Limited’s Rs 80.62 crore investment for establish its hotel and resort facility at Sahukhanata, Gop, in Puri district
SNM Hotels and Resorts Private Limited is all set to establish their hotel and resort facility at Sahukhanata, Gop, in Puri district. The subsidiary company of SN Mohanty Mines Group led by Chairman Pradipta Mohanty and MD Prabodha Mohanty, is investing Rs 80.62 crore and is expected to provide employment opportunities to more than 150 people.
