PURI/BHUBANESWAR: A tourist guide and associate of servitors at Shree Jagannath Temple in Puri, 45 year old Sudarshan Mishra sent to judicial custody after his bail petition was rejected by a local POCSO court.
Mishra is a resident of Harachandi sahi , allegedly harassing sexually to a 13-year-old boy who was pursuing vedic education at Sanskrit toll managed by the Srimandir Puja Panda Niyog.
Based on his complaint, police registered a case and arrested the accused under section 10 of POCSO Act and section 377, 511 IPC.
