BHUBANESWAR: Former Indian Cricketer Shiv Sundar Das from Odisha will represent east zone in BCCI’s National Selection Committee for Senior team. Das was chosen among 5 National selectors led by Chetan Chouhan. Earlier, Debasis Mohanty worked as National selector for Senior team.
Other members are Subroto Banerjee, Salil Ankola, Sridharan Sharath and Chetan Sharma as Chief selector.
BCCI said upon due deliberation and careful consideration, the CAC shortlisted 11 individuals for personal interview. Based on the interviews, the committee has recommended the 5 names including Chetan Chauhan as Chairman, while members are Shiv Sundar Das, Subroto Banerjee, Salil Ankola, Sridharan Sharath
