BHUBANESWAR: The Seva Bharti Odisha Paschim and the Utkal Bipanna Sahayata Samiti in collaboration with the Rastriya Seva Bharti are going to organise ‘Seva Sangam 2019’ at Bhanja Bhawan, Rourkela on November 23 and 24, informed Samiti’s Gopal Prasad Mahapatra addressing a Press meet here on Thursday.
Mahapatra said Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s (RSS) Akhil Bharatiya Saha Seva Pramukh Rajkumar Matale and eminent social activist Ashok Jalan would inaugurate the programme.
He said the Sangam is a body of volunteers, service and social organisations and Seva Bhrati workers who work continuously for education, health and social harmony and self-reliance in the society.
In the conference, the efforts of people from every level of the society and organisations towards the betterment of the society would be displayed to a huge audience by which the Seva Sangam would act as a bridge, he added.
He also urged people and different organisations working in the development sector to join the programme and strengthen their and associations’ efforts for the betterment of the society.
