BALASORE: In a major setback to Congress, senior Congress leader Shridhar Praharaj joined the ruling BJD with his supporters ahead of November 3 bye polls.
Praharaj joined the BJD fold in the presence of Minister Niranjan Pujari and senior MLA and fomer Minister Pratap Keshari Deb and former MLA Anubhav Patnaik.
