NEW DELH/BHUBANESWAR: BJP National Spokesperson Dr Sambit Patra and BJD’s Puri Lok Sabha MP, Pinaki Misra on Tuesday exchanged charges and counter charges over the ASI affidavit over Shree Mandir Parikrama Project of Shree Lord Jagannath Temple in Puri in Odisha.
ଖନନ ସମୟରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ପୁରାତନ ଐତିହ୍ୟ ଅବଶେଷକୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସ କରି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଜଗନ୍ନାଥପ୍ରେମୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ବିଶ୍ୱାସଘାତକତା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଅତୀତରେ କଳାପାହାଡ ଯେପରି ଆମର ଐତିହ୍ୟ ଅବଶେଷକୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସ କରିବାର ପ୍ରୟାସ କରିଥିଲେ ଆଜି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ପୁଣି ଥରେ ସେହିପରି ଓଡିଆ ଐତିହ୍ୟ ଓ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ସଂସ୍କୃତିକୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସ କରୁଛନ୍ତି, BJP National Spokesperson Dr Sambit Patra said on Tuesday.
ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଡିପିଆରକୁ ଚଂଚକତା କରାଯିବା ସହିତ ବାରମ୍ବାର କାହିଁକି ଓ କାହା ସ୍ୱାର୍ଥରେ ପରିବର୍ତନ କରାଯାଉଥିଲା ? ଅଧିକୃତ ଏନଏମଏ ବା ଏଏସଆଇର ବିନା ଅନୁମତିରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର କେଉଁ ଆଧାରରେ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ ? ନିର୍ମାଣ ହୋଇଥିବା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବେଆଇନ ନୁହେଁ? Dr Patra asked.
ଓଡ଼ିଶର ଐତିହ୍ୟକୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସ କରିବାରେ ଲାଗିଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଓ ଏଭଳି ଅକ୍ଷମଣୀୟ ଅପରାଧ ପାଇଁ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପିଢୀ କେବେହେଲେ କ୍ଷମା କରିବେ ନାହିଁ । ନିର୍ମାଣଧିନ ଶ୍ରୀମନ୍ଦିର ପରିକ୍ରମା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ହାଇକୋର୍ଟରେ ଏଏସଆଇ ତରଫରୁ ଦାଖଲ ହୋଇଥିବା ରିପୋର୍ଟ ସମସ୍ତ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ପ୍ରେମୀଙ୍କ ଧୈର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବିଚ୍ୟୁତି ହୋଇଛି, Dr Patra said.
ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଜାଣିଶୁଣି ସମସ୍ତ ଆଇନକୁ ଅମାନ୍ୟ କରି ଅଭ୍ୟର୍ଥନା ଗୃହ ତଥା ‘ରିସେପ୍ସନ ହଲ’କୁ ନିଷିଦ୍ଧାଂଚଳରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରୁଥିଲେ, ଯାହାକି ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଆଇନବିରୋଧୀ । ବହୁ ପୁରାତନ ଐତିହ୍ୟ ଅବଶେଷର ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ପରିବର୍ତେ ଏଭଳି ବେଆଇନ ଖନନ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପୁରାତନ କିର୍ତୀରାଜିର ଧ୍ୱଂସ ହୋଇଛି । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଦାୟୀ।, Dr Patra added.
MP Pinaki Mishra said, “As per the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains (AMASR) Act, construction of toilet, drainage and electrical work not coming under the purview of the act. So, these activities can be carried out. The NMA has also given NOC for the construction activities.”
The proposed Reception Centre has not been planned to be constructed in the ‘prohibited area’, he said, adding, the Centre will be constructed at ‘regulated area’ after due permission from competent authority. Moreover, the HC has rejected the prayer of the petitioner to stay the construction work. The court has directed to continue the ongoing work in coordination with the ASI, he added.
