BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has taken this decision to emphasize the contribution of AYUSH doctors in the healthcare sector of the state and to encourage them.
Salary of AYUSH doctors increased from Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 per month based on seniority.The minimum salary of AYUSH doctors has been increased to Rs 56,948, while the maximum salary has reached Rs 91,467.
The Chief Minister expressed hope that this decision will further improve AYUSH healthcare in the state, as there are currently 2,912 AYUSH doctors employed in the state.
