BHUBANESWAR: Saheednagar PS Case No-204 dt. 30.04.2025 U/S 103(1) BNS.
GIST’-: On 29.04.2025 afternoon due to trivial matter both deceased (Hamed Khan) and accused (Ahimud Khan) who are real brother in relation picked up quarrel among themselves. During the process the accused assaulted the deceased by means of a lethal weapon causing head injury to the deceased. Neither deceased himself nor anyone shifted him to medical for treatment. Yesterday afternoon when he was found unconseous at his house, his mother shifted him to Capital Hospital where he was received dead.
