BHUBANESWAR:Today, on receiving information from reliable sources, the workers of Access to Justice Project on behalf of Ruchika Samaj Mangal organization, Khandagiri Police and Child Marriage Prevention Officer, raided the Khandwal temple of Sarkantara village where a 16-year-old girl from Bahadalpur village was getting married to a young man from Nayagarh.
During this raid, the bride and groom were taken away by their family members. The wedding feast has ended and the tent has been erected. The police are desperately trying to find the bride and groom.
