BHUBANESWAR: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will hold its Akhil Bharatiya Karyakarta Mandal meet in Odisha. It was for the first time, RSS is hosting this important meet in Odisha. The days long meet will be held from October 16 to 18 here.
RSS Sarasanghachalak Mohan Rao Bhagwat, who is arriving here on Saturday, will remain till October 20.This will be also longest stay of any RSS chief in Odisha. Bhagawat during his stay may contact RSS’s old timers who have been keeping distance from the organization as well as the BJP for some reason or the other.
BJP National working President JP Nadda is visiting Odisha from October 15-18 to attend the Akhil Bharatiya Karyakarta Mandal meet.
Besides, Bhagwat and Nadda, several Union Ministers and senior functionaries of Sangh Pariwar are expected to attend the meet.
Insiders in Odisha Sangh Pariwar, however sid that meet will make its plan for the State and prepare strategy as how to promote BJP in Odisha. After capturing power in Assam, BJP is now eyeing on Odisha and West Bengal.
