BHUBANESWAR: With near about three weeks to go for Bijepur by-polls on October 21, the Naveen Patnaik led BJD Government has surprised many after the Government changed its Deputy Chief Whip in Odisha Assemly.
With the new notification, Rohit Pujari replaced party MLA Pranab Balabantray as Deputy Chief Whip. Few days back, Naveen had appointed senior leader Subash Chouhan as Western Odisha Development Council.
Meanwhile, Nirmal Chandra Mishra has been appointed as Chairman, Odisha State Selection Commission.
