BHUBANESWAR:The state BJP has expressed deep condolences on the demise of prominent poet, litterateur, politician and BJP Panchayat Cell State Coordinator, former Puri District Council Chairman and senior leader Shri Shankarshan Parida. His demise has caused an irreparable loss to the BJP family. Parida’s sacrifice and dedicated attitude will set an example for the workers, said former president and national executive member Sameer Mohanty at the state office.
After the mortal remains of the late Parida reached the state office, Shri Mohanty offered the party flag and paid tributes. MP Sambit Patra, Vice President Dr. Yatin Mohanty, senior leader Golak Mohapatra, OBC Morcha President Surtha Biswal, former MLA Lalitendu Vidyadhar Mohapatra, spokesperson Dilip Mallick, Rajendra Panda, Puri District President Dr. Devendra Tarai, Devendra Nanda, Samaaya State Coordinator Sriranjan Mangaraj, Prithvi Dash, Laxmi Prasad Mishra, Panchanan Nayak and many supporters were present and paid tributes.
Wishing the eternal peace of Parida’s soul in heaven, all the leaders and activists have prayed to Lord Sri Jagannath to grant infinite patience to the bereaved family and friends in this hour of grief.
