BHUBANESWAR: An incite video of Union Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Dharmendra Pradhan during the election campaigning for Padmapur byepolls in Odisha’s Bargarh district, has gone viral in social media amid severe criticism from users.
Union Minister Pradhan was heard saying in the video clip during the campaigning “ଶତରୁପା, ତତେ ରାଜା ଧକା ମାଇଲା !! ତୁ ମାଇଲୁନି !! ଲାଗ ଲାଗ, ତା ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ଆଉ ଟିକେ ଭଲକି ଲାଗ ” . This video has gone viral in facebook and twitter like social media sites. Satarupa is a journalist working with pro-BJP TV channel, Argus TV and Raja in question is, reportedly, State’s Agriculture Minister Raja Swain aka Ranedra Pratap Swain.
Meanwhile, where and when Minister Raja Swain , the man in question scuffled with Argus TV Journalists, Satarupa is yet known while BJD supporters and leaders have been sharing this video contiinuisously in various social media platforms slamming the Union Minister Pradhan for his childish and careless provocation during election campaign.
The voting for Padmapur byepolls will be conducted from 7 am to 4 pm on December 5 and the counting of votes and declaration of results will be conducted on December 10. It may be noted here that the by-election was necessitated following the death of sitting BJD MLA Bijaya Ranjan Singh Bariha on October 3.
