BHUBANESWAR:A review meeting of senior departmental officers was held under the chairmanship of Principal Secretary, Works Department, Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh to discuss how to implement the 15-point agenda that the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi has directed all departments to focus on to accelerate the development of the state.
Principal Secretary Shri Singh reviewed the various works undertaken by the department. He directed that all official work including letters, government instructions etc. be done in Odia. The meeting discussed the timely completion of various important projects currently underway such as Jayadev Bihar-Nandankanan for Bhubaneswar congestion control, total 37 road projects including Koraput-Jaipur, Berhampur-Jaipur, NaMo Expressway and Atal Expressway etc. in the pipeline.
Along with this, discussions were held on how to facilitate land acquisition, forest land approval, utility sifting, etc. during the construction of various projects.
