BHUBANESWAR/JATNI: President Ram Nath Kovind,who arrived in Bhubaneswar on a two-day visit to Odisha on Saturday evening, will lay the foundation stone for Paika Bidroha Memorial at the foothills of Barunei in Khurda on Sunday.
Kovind will lay the foundation stone of Paika Bidroha Memorial at the foothills of Barunei in Khurda on Sunday morning . Also, he is scheduled to attend the Utkal University’s platinum jubilee celebration function later in the day.
Earlier, Odisha Governor Ganeshi Lal, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Jharkhand Governor Draupadi Murmu, Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan, Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan and Pratap Sarangi welcomed Kovind after he deplaned at the Biju Patnaik International Airport here.The President spent night at the Governor House in Bhubaneswar.
