CUTTACK/BHUBANESWAR: President Droupadi Murmu graced the 2nd Indian Rice Congress at ICAR-National Rice Research Institute in Cuttack on Saturday.
President Murmu attended the function along with Governor of Odisha, Prof Ganeshi Lal and Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar and Odisha , State Agriculture Minister Ranedra Pratap Swain.
