KENDRAPARA/BHUBANESWAR: With the entire Nation is gearing up to hear 100th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on April 30, BJP in Odisha not far behind it. Taking the lead, National Vice-President Baijayant Jay Panda on Tuesday held a preparatory meet at Kendrapara Lok Sabha seat, where he had twice represented to Lok Sabha during 2009-19.
The National VP Panda asked Kendrapara district unit, to make detailed and dedicated preparations for this, so that the April 30 national broadcast becomes a success. The first episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ was aired on the 3rd of October 2014. It will complete 100 episodes on the 30th of this month.
District president Kishore Panda, former MLA Dolagobinda Nayak, senior leaders Umakanta Pattnaik , Kalpana Mallick , Bhuban Mohan Jena and others were among those present at the preparatory meet.
“PM’s #MannKiBaat, in its unique & direct communication with the citizens, has acted like a guiding light in all these years. Be it swachhata, water conservation, fit India, exams, women empowerment, agriculture or health, the monthly sessions brought to us the wonderful success stories from across India and all walks of life. The radio revolution, which was started on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami on 3rd October, 2014, will complete its 100th Edition on 30th April,’ Baijayant Panda said in a series of tweets.
‘In Kendrapara, Odisha today, interacted with BJP office bearers & Karyakartas and reviewed the preparations for the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat,’ the BJP National VP Panda added.
