NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: Union Coal, Mines and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi , BJP Rajya Sabha MP from Odisha, Ashwini Vaishnaw and IMFA Group MP, Subhrakant Panda on Thursday extended greetings to the people of Odisha on Utkal Diwas.
