BHUBANESWAR: Minister Shri Pradip Amat was on Thursday assumed charge of Information and Public Relations Department.
The 69 year old Amat , who has been representing Boudh Assembly seat since 2000 winning 5 times , was recently inducted in the new Cabinet of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. Besides, I& PR, Amat is holding Forest & Environment, Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department.
The Principal Secretary I & PR, Shri Vishnupad Sethi, welcomed Minister Amat with a bouquet of flowers. Other officials, including Director Shri Indramani Tripathi and Utkal Prasagha-Odisha Review Editor Shri Lenin Mohanty, were among present.Officials of various section also attended .
