BHUBANESWAR: Both Human Sagar and his wife Shreya Mishra will have to report Police by January 30 if they failed to reach at a compromise over their marital discord
Prior to that, a press meet called by Shreya Mishra at Puri on Sunday, has spoilsports any such possibility of compromise, sources said. Sourecs said, even though, Shreya wants a patch up but family members of Human Sagar seems, not a mood to carry forward the relationship.
“The torture increased gradually and I kept mum all these years since he is a celebrity and I did not want to malign his image. All efforts to solve it went in vain. When the torture became unbearable and he even attempted to kill me on September 27 , 2022 in presence of my daughter and housekeeper Santosh, I approached the police,” she said on Sunday.
Humane Sagar married Shriya Mishra in 2015, his fellow participant in the show Voice of Odisha Season 2. They have a daughter.
Shriya, who has left her husband’s house in Cuttack and living at her parental house in Balasore for over five months, had lodged a complaint at Mahila police station accusing Humane of physically and mentally torturing her for the last few months following which they were summoned for counselling.
When they tried for a compromise, Humane and his family abused and threw her and her family out of their house, following which she shifted to her parental house in Balasore.
