BHUBANESWAR: Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC)’ – 2025 has entered the Guinness World Records for the highest number of registrations in a month. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan formally received a certificate from Guinness World Records for ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ along with Union Railways and Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwani Baishnab and Minister of State Jitin Prasad at a special function organised today.
The Union Minister thanked the Prime Minister for envisioning such a holistic and celebratory approach to education, reducing exam-related stress, and promoting student welfare and personal growth. Shri Pradhan thanked the Guinness World Records team for acknowledging the positive impact of Pariksha Pe Charcha in reducing educational stress and helping to shape lives. ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ will help implement and amplify the core tenets of the National Education Policy 2020.
Shri Pradhan said that this is my second recognition during my tenure as a Cabinet Minister. Earlier, it is worth mentioning that I presented the Guinness World Records certificate to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the world’s largest direct benefit transfer scheme for LPG, ‘PAHAL’.
It is worth noting that Prime Minister Modi’s flagship initiative, Pariksot Pe Charcha, has been successfully organized by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with MyGov since 2018. Pariksot Pe Charcha is a unique platform designed and led by Prime Minister Modi. In this program, he directly interacts with students, teachers and parents. It has been honored with the Guinness World Record for “Most people registered on a civic organization platform in a month”. This recognition recognizes the unprecedented success of 3.53 crore valid registrations received in the eighth edition of the program organized on the MyGov platform.
