BHUBANESWAR: Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing the inauguration, foundation stone laying and dedication ceremony at Chandikhol in Jajpur in Odisha, termed State Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik as ‘popular CM’.
Earlier PM used to address Naveen Patnaik as ‘My Friend’ but today; Modi addressed Patnaik as Popular CM. PM Modi also remembered Biju Patnaik on his birth anniversary. Amid buzz of Bharat Ratna to Biju Babu , PM kept mum on it.
PM dedicated, inaugurated and laid foundation stone for projects worth around Rs 20,000 Crore in Odisha.
Governor Raghubar Das, CM Naveen Patnaik, Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan, Biseshwar Tudu and others were among those present.
