BALASORE/BHUBANESWAR: With Odisha Train mishap death toll reached at 288 while more than 1050 hundreds are undergoing treatment at various hospitals in this eastern Indian State of Odisha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi after chairing a high-level meeting with railway officials regarding the worst ever rail accident in New Delhi, on Saturday afternoon visited the accident site in Odisha’s Balasore.
Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Balasore Lok Sabha MP, Pratap Sarangi, were present during the PM’s visit,
PM Modi reviewed the situation in the wake of the train mishap and assured all help from Central Government.
