PM interacts with Kashmiri Pandits in Houston

HOUSTON/NEW DELHI: The visiting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi  met a delegation of Kashmiri Pandits in Houston, Texas in USA.During the interaction, the community members strongly supported the steps taken by the Prime Minister for the progress of India and the empowerment of every Indian.“I had a special interaction with Kashmiri Pandits in Houston.”, Prime Minister tweeted after the interaction.

 Modi also interacted with the members of Sikh community in Houston, Texas. The members of the community accorded a warm welcome to the Prime Minister.During the interaction, the community members thanked the Prime Minister for the path breaking decisions taken by the Government of India, for the overall development of the country and the Sikh community.

“I had an excellent interaction with the Sikh Community in Houston. I am delighted to see their passion towards India’s development!”, Prime Minister tweeted.

 Modi  met and interacted with the members of the Dawoodi Bohra community in Houston, Texas.The community members felicitated the Prime Minister at Houston. During the interaction, the members of Dawoodi Bohra highlighted Prime Minister’s association with Syedna Sahib. They also recalled Narendra Modi’s visit to Indore last year to attend their community program.

Tweeting after the interaction, Prime Minister said, “The Dawoodi Bohra community has distinguished itself across the world. In Houston, I had the opportunity to spend time with them and speak about a wide range of issues.”
