BHUBANESWAR/PARADIP: The State owned Paradip Port Trust under the Ministry of Shipping and Waterways has scripted history for handling highest ever imported cargo parcel size.
Sources said, MV Mineral Temse, having LOA 291.8 Mtrs and beam 45 Mtrs berths at CQ-1 at 1836 Hrs for discharging 1,11,001 MT of Limestone and 13,703 MT of Pyroxenite for Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) loaded from Mina Saqr, UAE. Above 124704 MT is the highest ever import cargo parcel size handled at Paradip Port.
