PURI/BHUBANESWAR: Padma Shri Sudarsan Pattnaik has paid a sandy tribute to legendary tall man Biju Patnaik on his 108 birth anniversary today on Tuesday.
‘The tall man has been the most loved public figure from Odisha. My sand sculpture on the birth anniversary of Bijubabu at Puri beach in Odisha, Pattnaik said.
