BHUBANESWAR: The Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi led BJP Government Guidelines that current presidents and secretaries of GPLFs, CLFs, BLFs of Mission Shakti SHGs who have served for two consecutive terms exceeding four years, will no longer be eligible for holding the posts has been stayed by Orissa High Court.
It was a major setback for the Government.
