BHUBANESWAR/CUTTACK: Justice Chitta Ranjan Dash, Judge of Orissa High Court was on Thursday shifted to Calcutta High Court.
While Justice Subhasis Talaptra, Judge of Tripura High Court shifted to Orissa High Court, an official communication of Ministry of Law and Justice, said.
“In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217, clause (1) of Article 224 and by clause (1) of 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to appoint Judges/Additional Judges and also order transfer of High Court Judges.” it added.
