CUTTACK/BHUBANESWAR: Orissa High Court granted bail to Honeytrap Blackmailer Archana Nag in a blackmailing case filed by Ollywood producer Akshay Parija.
Archana Nag and her husband, Jagabandhu Chand, had on Monday appeared in CBI Court here .
The ED had attached Archana’s over-Rs 3-crore-worth luxury house located at Satya Vihar under the Mancheswar police limits in connection with the case.
Nag arrested twice by City Police and Enforcement Directorate over blackmailing and money laundering. Nag’s husband Jagabandhu Chand also lodged at the same Jharpada Jail here.
Arachana Nag Chand and her husband , Jagabandhu Chand were booked under Sections 341, 328, 324, 354 – C, 370, 386/387/388, 389, 419/420, 465, 506, 120 – B of IPC and Section 66 -E, 67 of IT Act.
