NEW DELHI/BHUBANESWAR: Karmanya Pratap Deb, son of Odisha Industry, Energy and MSME Minister Pratap Keshari Deb, has successfully completed his Graduation in Business Administration from Jindal Global Business School under OP Jindal Global University, a non-profit educational initiative by Naveen Jindal led Jindal Steel and Power.
Karmanya Pratap Deb, the prince of formerly Aul Royal Family in Odisha’s Kendrapara district, was awarded the degree at OP Jindal Global University’s 12th convocation ceremony held at New Delhi on Monday while commemorating Group Founder Shri OP Jindal’s 93rd Birth Anniversary.
Karmanya Pratap Deb’s parents including father Minister Pratap Deb and mother social activist, Avantika Devi attended the convocation ceremony.
Both Minster Deb and his wife Avantika Devi also held interaction with Founding Chancellor of OP Jindal Global University and JSP Chairman, Naveen Jindal. Karmanya Pratap Deb, sources said, after completing his Schooling from Raipur’s Rajkumar College in Chhattisgarh, has successfully completed his BBA from OP Jindal Global University and is likely to purse his higher studies.
More than 2700 students received their graduation degrees at the ceremony graced by Justice B.V. Nagarathna, Judge, Supreme Court of India and Dr Joanna Newman, Chief Executive and Secretary General, The Association of Commonwealth Universities, UK.
