BHUBANESWAR:  June 1, 1997 is and will always remain as an important day for unstoppable Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, on that day, the BJD supremo had received his first election winning certificate from the returning officer for the Aska By election in Ganjam, and became Lok Sabha MP and later Union Minister under late Atal Bihari Vajpayjee’s Government.

Rest is history, and since 2000, Patnaik has been successfully giving sleepless nights to Opposition BJP and Congress in Odisha, and earned the reputation of longest serving Chief Minister of Odisha after JB Patnaik and going to become India’s unbeatable longest serving Chief Minister if he able to continue in office after the 2024 elections. Till now, Patnaik has been Chief Minister of this eastern Indian State for 23 years.

Despite allegations and political mudslinging, CM Patnaik continue to stand tall and steering Odisha’s progress and prosperity with integrity and passion through 5T model of governance.

Even though, Patnaik avoid media and press, but his name always in news headlines for his pro-people governance and women centric empowerment measures through Mission Shakti.

As of now, Patnaik and his BJD, is all set to back to power in 2024 considering the infighting in BJP and Congress. From Industry to Investment , from Tourism to Infrastructure , from transformation to sustainable development, and to promote sports and games, to encourage education, women empowerment and rural development, Chief Minister Patnaik and his Government is missing no stone unturned to make it as a reality. Odisha is now preferred investment destination for big industry captains and as well as big investors, all credit goes to CM Patnaik’s leadership.
