BHUBANESWAR/PURI: The US diplomat, Joel Reifman, who has been traveling various tourist destinations of eastern Indian State of Odisha, seems greatly influenced by State’s rich cultural heritage.
Reifman, who works with U.S. Consul General in Hyderabad, visited Shree Lord Jagannath Temple in Puri, Sun Temple in Konark and Chilka Lake and also Puri’s Blue Flag Golden Beach,

“Throughout my visit I have been learning how Odias are change makers. @sudarsansand’s amazing art from sand is a great example of how to make an impact. #ClimateChange@ClimateEnvoy,” he tweeted after visiting Puri’s Blue Flag Golden Beach in eastern Indian State of Odisha.
“It’s easy to see why the breathtaking #JagannathTemple in #Puri is one of Hinduism’s four great pilgrimage sites in #India,’’ the US diplomat tweeted posing in front of the Lion’s Gate of Shree Lord Jagannath Temple.
“Hard to argue with the mid-morning sun during a boat tour of beautiful #ChilikaLake. With this biodiversity, the potential for ecotourism is immense,’’ he wrote while visiting Chilka lake.
