BHUBANESWAR: With death of 4 patinets, the death toll of Odisha COVID19 reached at 52, informed the State Health Department on Thursday.While three persons have died in Ganjam district, Bhadrak reported the fourth death case .
Odisha government appointed senior IAS officer Vineel Krishna on Special Duty (OSD) to Odisha Chief Minister’s Office (COVID management).
The IAS officer along with the post of Director of Sports, MD, OMECL, is given the additional charge of OSD to Chief Minister’s Office.
This apart, Lala Manoj Kumar Ray, OAS (S), Joint Secretary, Department of Water Resources was posted as Joint Secretary in the CMO.
Similarly, Subhranshu Mishra, OAS (SB), Sub-Collector, Cuttack was posted as Deputy Secretary in the CMO while Pratap Kumar Beura, OAS (SB), Addl. Land Officer, GA & PG Department has been posted as Sub-Collector, Cuttack vice Subhranshu Mishra transferred.
