BHUBANESWAR: The 1999 batch IPS officer Ghanshyam Upadhyay, who is presently IGP of Vigilance in Odisha, has been empanelled as IGP of Shashtra Seema Bal(SSB) for 5 years.
With Odisha Government all set relieving him, the IPS officer of Odisha cadre soon joining Central posting.
