BHUBANESWAR/BARGARH: Under scanner DBO of Bijepur block in Odisha’s western district Bargarh, Padmanava Samantray has been intercepted by Odisha Vigilance at Binika, Sonepur while proceeding towards Bhubaneswar carrying huge cash of Rs . 3,51,300/- which he couldn’t account for satisfactorily. Simultaneous house searches launched at his locations at Bargarh, Puri, Bhubaneswar.
