BHUBANESWAR: The Odisha State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) , which held its 115th meeting under the chairpersonship of Chief Secretary Pradeep Kumar Jena here on Saturday has cleared the SNM Hotels and Resorts Private Limited’s Rs 80.62 crore investment for establish its hotel and resort facility at Sahukhanata, Gop, in Puri district
SNM Hotels and Resorts Private Limited is all set to establish their hotel and resort facility at Sahukhanata, Gop, in Puri district. The subsidiary company of SN Mohanty Mines Group led by Chairman Pradipta Mohanty and MD Prabodha Mohanty, will invest an amount of Rs 80.62 crore in the state, it is expected to provide employment opportunities to more than 150 people.
The SLSWCA approved 25 industrial projects with a cumulative investment of Rs 5,827.27crore. The projects are expected to create employment opportunities for over 25,000 people in the state.
The state government has always welcomed industrialists with open arms and has encouraged businesses to invest in Odisha. With its natural resources, Odisha has become one of the most attractive destinations for investment. Besides, the state government is actively working on every single project individually and transforming the investment intents into ground reality.
The Authority also recommended 3 large projects of investment value of Rs. 28,000 crore with employment opportunities for around 19,000 people, to the High-Level Clearance Authority (HLCA).
