BHUBANESWAR: According to sources, Deuli CRCC, identified as Manoranjan Mishra, was apprehended by the villagers while he was allegedly selling textbooks during summer vacation.
While several children in the interior pockets of Odisha are reportedly deprived of education due to various reasons including lack of resources, a Cluster Resource Centre Coordinator (CRCC) in the State has been accused of selling textbooks to a scrap dealer.
The incident has been reported from Deuli area in Khordha district.
